Kualoa Regional Park

Located on the northeast coast of Oahu this gorgeous beach has so much to offer. The mountain view, palm trees, the famous Mokolii Island (Chinaman’s Hat), and hey! lots of parking spots options. Another plus side is that you can find bathrooms here, please keep in mind that depending on where you are staying the drive can be a little long and having a bathroom at the location can be super, hyper helpful ;). Also there isn’t much of a sunset in this location more sky colors, but sometimes if lucky we can get that gorgeous cotton candy sky colors.

Sandy Beach

Going more to the east side of Oahu this beautiful beach is known for its high surf. This location has white sand and black lava rocks, just a few palm trees and mountain view. This Beach is beautiful for a sunrise photo session but also happens to give some golden sky on sunset time on lucky special days. What is best as good parking spots, but it can be a bit crowded on the weekends, plus has bathrooms. Sometimes you can see a Hawaiian Monk Seal chilling on the beach, but remember to follow the rules look from far away and don’t touch them.

Magic Island

I find this beach park magical for sure, I guess is more because it has a bit of everything, like, beach, greenery, beautiful sunset and of course the Diamond head volcano in the background, so many options. Bathrooms and plenty of parking spaces, down side, it can get super crowded on the weekends and parking can be a bit hard to find, so plan ahead and arrive early if you are driving there, especially on the weekends.

Secret Beach

This Location is inside Ko Olina area, well the name is interesting but is not really a secret and its close to the Four Seasons Resort, it’s a natural super gorgeous beach cove area, it’s a bit small and sand area can be a bit limited especially when its high tide and when the Hawaiian Monk Seals decide on stop by to chill out. Also, there is an open path to access this location but you will need to do a super short walk on rocks to get there, keep this in mind and use comfy shoes. There isn’t much free parking available for this location, especially if you aren’t staying inside Ko Olina area, so i highly recommend arrive a bit earlier to secure that parking spot.

Thank you for stopping by.
